How fast do you reply?
Usually the same day during bench hours (Mon–Sat, 9:00–18:00). Always within one business day.
Can I visit the workshop?
Yes, by appointment. Message us first so someone is on the bench when you arrive.
How much does a custom build cost?
Most cooler and toolbox builds land between $450 and $1,400 depending on drivers, amp, battery and finish. Send your idea and we'll quote exactly.
How long does a custom build take?
Typically 2–4 weeks from deposit, depending on parts and the queue. You get a date before we start.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — tracked, insured and foam-packed. Free shipping on orders over $300.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send photos within 48 hours and we replace or repair it, shipping on us.
